For over fifteen years, I worked as a dedicated mail carrier while my wife thrived as a product designer. In 2013, we combined our talents to launch a direct mail advertising company—me handling sales, her managing design. Our success led us to pivot into out-of-home advertising, growing from four bus shelters to over 100 panels across NYC.
When the pandemic stalled our business, we adapted by moving into real estate. We mastered photography, 3D imaging, and visual marketing, launching ComeOpenHouse.com to support property sellers and guide entrepreneurs through business setup.
We later expanded into retail with a doll vending machine store, exploring customer engagement and branding in a fun, creative way. From mail routes to marketing, our journey is one of resilience, growth, and shared purpose—with more to come.

ComeOpenHouse will also maintain a strong focus on the New York City market, specializing in new luxury residential buildings. Internationally, we are expanding to showcase new homes and apartments in Tokyo and luxury properties near Hong Kong.
Looking ahead, we are planning even bigger projects. We will seek investors for the development of new commercial buildings in New York City, featuring our own food court, kids’ playground area, and an Asian food mart.
